Crunch Fitness is seeking enthusiastic individuals for their facilities in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Ideal candidates have a passion for fitness and strong customer service skills, assisting with closing the club on weekdays and weekends. Responsibilities include managing memberships, greeting guests, facilitating payments, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. A flexible schedule is essential, with shifts starting between 4-6 PM and possibly extending until 11:30 PM. Join a positive atmosphere focused on member satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Membership Sales, greet members and guests with a smile.
• Check in all members and guests in accordance with procedures.
• Facilitate messages on club software during member check-in.
• Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner.
• Communicate special events to members and guests.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all members.
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
• Sell retail products.
• Schedule member services such as tanning.
• Facilitate payment for member services.
• Know club facility, services, and schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in projects as delegated by management.
• Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook.
