Job summary

American First Credit Union in Brea, CA is seeking a hardworking Member Service Representative to handle inbound calls and deliver outstanding Member experiences. You will assist Members with questions, resolve issues, and identify suitable financial products and services in a fast-paced contact center.

Preferred candidates have 1 year of sales/customer service experience in a financial setting, strong communication, and the ability to work onsite Mon-Fri. Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in sales/customer service environment.
• 1 year experience answering phones in a fast-paced environment preferably in financial industry.
• 1 year experience working with Checking accounts, loans, Credit cards along with other products and services a financial institution may offer.
• Excellent communication and Member service advisory skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish speaking preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to new and existing Members that call in to our Contact Center.
• Help Members solve issues and identify solutions that meet their needs.
• Role primarily involves answering inbound phone calls and referring products/services accordingly.

MEMBER SERVICE (CONTACT CENTER) REPRESENTATIVE

We are a $1.3 Billion financial institution located in Brea, CA looking for a Contact Center Representative with excellent customer service skills, initiative and a desire to work in a team setting.

Summary

As a Contact Center Representative, you are responsible for providing Excellent Service to new and existing Members that call in to our Contact Center. Your ability to help the member solve issues and identify solutions that meet their needs is crucial to your success. Recent customer service/sales experience within a contact center preferred.

This role is primarily answering inbound phone calls and providing our members excellent service while referring products and services based on their needs.

Salary Range

$19.64 To $24.56 Hourly

The salary ranges for positions are based on current market industry studies as well as job evaluations. During the offer phase Management will determine the appropriate compensation within the compensation range based on experience and education.
