Job summary

First Capital Federal Credit Union in York, PA is seeking a full‑time Member Services Officer to assist members with loan needs, checking and savings, CDs and IRAs, and digital services through our mobile app.

The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding service, communicate clearly by phone, email and in person, multi‑task, and enthusiastically help members choose the right products while supporting the credit union’s mission of financial wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum working in customer service, banking, or a related field.
• Ability to navigate/operate a PC in a Windows-based system and apps, with ease.
• Professional communication with members via phone, email, and in-person.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with loan needs and guidance on Credit Union products and services.
• Support members’ checking and savings needs, including CDs and IRAs.
• Assist with digital services such as mobile app usage and online banking.
• Identify opportunities to suggest new products and services to members.

Our Member Service Officers also assist members with their checking and savings needs, such as CDs and IRAs, digital services such as our mobile app, and identifying opportunities for new products as services. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with members on their loan and financial needs, eager to learn new skills, have excellent written and oral communication, the ability to multi-task, and a passion for helping people.

Education & Skills

• High School or Equivalent.
