Job summary

Walmart and Sam's Club are seeking a Retail Associate for the Columbia, MO area. You will provide member service, operate the checkout area, process purchases, and assist with payments, returns, and exchanges. You will also guide members on self-service tech and promote club products and services.

You will help with safety compliance, merchandise zones, and assisting members with purchases while maintaining a secure, welcoming environment. Training on processes and new technology is included.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers.
• Experience with mobile retail applications or mobile checkout tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and processes member purchases.
• Operates checkout area and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintains safe shopping environment and follows safety standards.
• Assists with training of associates on processes and technology.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services and helps members with purchasing decisions.
