Role Description

The Member Service Associate II is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashua, NH, responsible for delivering high-quality service to credit union members. In this role, the associate assists members with everyday banking needs such as opening and servicing accounts, processing deposits and withdrawals, and answering questions about products and services. The position includes handling transactions accurately, resolving member issues, and providing guidance on financial options that fit member goals. The associate collaborates with colleagues to meet branch service and sales objectives, follows all compliance and security procedures, and maintains detailed and accurate records. Qualifications
