Job summary

The Member Service Agent role at Deseret First Credit Union provides service to members by handling financial transactions and educating them on credit union products over the phone and via email and electronic correspondence.

Responsibilities include taking calls, opening new accounts, processing checks, replying to emails/chats, and offering products to members. Training is onsite with later options for hybrid or remote work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with six months of experience interacting with the public.
• Previous phone experience is helpful.

Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:30‑5:30, as well as rotating Saturdays. After the initial training period onsite, there will be an option for work‑from‑home flexibility or remote work.

Summary

The Member Service Agent provides service to members of the credit union by processing their financial transactions and educating them on credit union products and services over the phone and via email and other electronic correspondence.

Qualifications

Salary: Starting at $21 per hour DOE
