MROs engage members in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products and services that help them save money, reduce debt, build savings, improve financial flexibility, and strengthen their overall financial health. This position supports branch operations, resolves member inquiries, maintains accurate records, and ensures all transactions and activities comply with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Salary Range

Base Annual Salary Range: $46,600 ($22.40/hour) - $58,695 ($28.22/hour)

The posted range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position, with final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.

Essential Duties

Minimum Qualifications/Experience

• 2+ years of work experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Professional appearance, dress, and attitude.
• Good math and touch-typing skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

• 2+ years of related experience in a financial institution or equivalent.
• Thorough knowledge of member services and products provided.
• Knowledge of credit union loan services, policies, and procedures.
• Understanding of related legal and regulatory standards, and required loan documentation.
• Knowledge of consumer and residential lending practices.
• Excellent interviewing, communication and public relations skills.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
