Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional at Tatum Ranch Golf Club in Cave Creek, AZ. You will support day-to-day golf operations and strive to deliver an exceptional experience for members and guests.

You will oversee golf operation phases with the Head Golf Professional, manage reservations and pace of play, and help develop tournaments, instruction, and golfer development programs. Strong communication and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Level one certification or greater required.
• 2 years of college or equivalent experience preferred.
• Golf operations background and instruction experience.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the golf operation with the Head Golf Professional.
• Track and verify players, golf cars, club care, lockers, handicap fees, and other charges; ensure proper controls.
• Monitor the reservation system and pace of play.
• Develop, manage and oversee tournament, golf instruction, and golfer development programs.
• Assist in training, supervising and motivating the golf operations staff to meet facility objectives.

On The Job
