Job summary

Required are an undergraduate degree in accounting/finance/agri-business, 5–8 years in member payment or accounting, and 1+ year of supervisory experience. Travel totals 5–15% for field collaboration and project work.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, agri-business, or related curriculum
• 5 to 8 years of member payment, accounting, or related experience with leadership experience; 1+ year of management preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting principles
• Experience with SAP and degree of comfort with data management and reporting
• Familiarity with milk pricing and payroll processes within SAP and Ever Ag Mobile Manifest

Responsibilities

• Monitor member services activities related to weight entry and balancing
• Prepare and analyze reports on producer, customer, and hauler weight information
• Enter and maintain hauler payment rates and deductions in SAP
• Facilitate hauler payroll processing with accuracy
• Oversee master data maintenance for the Area and liaison with field representatives and accounting
• Lead special projects and coach staff for professional growth
• Provide backup support to Human Resources as needed
