What You Will Do at MedOne:
Serve as the primary source of information for members, pharmacies, and physicians via phone, email, and chat.
Provide information and resolve member, pharmacy, and physician inquiries.
Research and resolve claim processing and eligibility issues.
Serve as an intermediary between healthcare organizations and members to facilitate patient care.
Compile and record information and correspondence related to member needs or requirements.
Document engagement outcomes and steps taken with clarity and concision.
Navigate multiple systems to effectively engage with members while thinking quickly on your feet.
Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues and improve the member, physician, and pharmacy experience.
Effectively handle difficult conversations with members while maintaining composure, showing empathy, and displaying active listening skills.
What You Will Bring to MedOne:
An active CPhT certification is highly encouraged but not required.
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Willingness to obtain certification as a pharmacy technician within one year of hire, if not already certified.
Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
Flexibility with scheduling, including rotating Saturdays and evening shifts.
Reliability and punctuality.

We have offices in Dubuque, IA, or Kansas City, MO, or the position can be remote within the United States.
