Job summary

Honey Homes is hiring a Member Operations Associate to own the member journey and coordinate across teams to ensure members are cared for end-to-end. You’ll identify recurring issues, improve workflows, and leverage AI to automate and document processes.

The role requires proactive ownership, problem solving, and collaboration with Sales, Billing, Product, and Marketing. You’ll work in a fast-moving home-ownership startup environment, solving problems for homeowners and helping teams scale

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, customer success, operations, or related roles.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High agency with ownership and proactive problem solving.
• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
• Interest in process improvement and scalable systems.
• Startup environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own member issues from start to end across app messaging, phone, SMS, and email.
• Identify recurring issues and help implement solutions.
• Leverage AI to automate workflows and improve documentation.
• Partner with Sales, Billing, Product and other teams to surface trends and drive improvements.
• Own a functional area and drive continuous improvement of operations.
• Proactively identify opportunities and lead cross-functional initiatives.
