Job summary

Eragon, an Applied AI lab, seeks a Design Staff member to lead the visual identity and brand storytelling across Eragon’s platform, website, and go-to-market materials. You’ll shape typography, color, and layout while building a scalable design system and coordinating with leadership, product, and engineering to ensure a cohesive, high-quality presence.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to craft clear narratives of a complex AI platform, translating technical depth into compelling

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of brand and visual identity work for tech/B2B companies.
• Extensive experience in Figma with components, systems and prototypes.
• Product design experience for web software, including UX flows and UI states.
• Excellent typography, layout, and color craft.
• Experience building scalable brand systems across surfaces.
• Strong storytelling to translate complex tech into clear narratives.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Eragon's visual identity across web, product, and GTM surfaces.
• Shape brand voice and narrative to be clear, credible, and human.
• Design surfaces including website, campaigns, decks, and collateral.
• Build and maintain the brand system and guidelines for speed and quality.
• Design product experiences with product and engineering from concept to UI.
• Contribute to the product design system and UI components.
• Collaborate with leadership, engineering, and customers from concept through launch.

About the role

As a Member of Design Staff, you'll lead brand and creative direction for Eragon-defining the visual identity, voice, and story that make a complex AI platform feel clear and compelling. You'll shape how the company presents itself across web, product, and go-to-market surfaces.

What you'll do

• Define and evolve Eragon's visual identity-typography, color, layout, motion, and illustration-across web, product, and go-to-market surfaces.
• Shape the brand voice and narrative that make a complex AI platform feel clear, credible, and human.
• Design the surfaces where Eragon meets the world: website, launch campaigns, decks, event collateral, and social.
• Build and maintain the brand system and guidelines that let the team produce consistent, high-quality work at speed.
• Design product experiences with product and engineering, from flows and wireframes to polished, high-fidelity UI in the Eragon platform.
• Contribute to the product design system and UI components so the product and the brand feel like one experience.
• Work closely with leadership, engineering, and customer-facing teammates from early concepts through launch.

What we're looking for

• A strong portfolio of brand and visual identity work, such as identity systems, campaigns, and websites, ideally for a technology or B2B company.
• Extensive experience in Figma, including building components, design systems, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Product design experience: you've shipped UI for web software and are comfortable designing flows, interactions, and complex states.
• Excellent typography, layout, and color skills, with a sharp eye for craft and detail.
• Experience building brand systems and guidelines that scale across a team and many surfaces.
• Strong storytelling instincts: you can turn a complex technical product into a clear, compelling narrative and visual language.
• Comfort working through ambiguity, moving fast, and iterating closely with leadership and engineering.
• Experience with motion design, illustration, or building for the web (for example, in Framer) is a plus.
