Pallet seeks an Senior Member of Technical Staff, Infrastructure Engineer, to own scaling of our AI-driven physical-economy platform. You join early, work with the founding engineers, and shape the infrastructure that powers our cloud and on-prem deployments.

Pallet is building AI Agents to transform the physical economy - a $12 trillion global industry. We've raised $50M from top investors, including General Catalyst, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Bain Capital Ventures. In under two years, we've achieved 700% revenue growth and are just getting started.
Our mission is to increase the efficiency of the global supply chain by automating the manual workflows that slow supply chain teams down - from scheduling and appointment setting to data entry and load management. Our flagship platform provides end-to-end visibility, control, and optimization, while our newest product, CoPallet, introduces AI Agents that can understand and execute requests in real time and integrate directly with customer systems.
As companies across the physical economy look to generative AI to drive efficiency, many are turning to Pallet to lead the way. With deep supply chain expertise and cutting-edge AI capabilities, we're positioned to build the next $10B company powering the physical economy.
Join us and work alongside leaders from Google, DoorDash, YC, and more to shape the future of supply chain technology.
$200,000 - $265,000 Full-time / Onsite (5 days/week)
Pallet builds AI that runs the physical economy. Freight, warehousing, logistics: the work that actually moves goods around the world. Two-thirds of it still runs on spreadsheets and tribal knowledge, and we're replacing that with agents that do the real work. The best supply chain teams on the planet already run on us, and they're pushing us to scale faster than almost anyone our size.
That's what this role is about. Infrastructure is the thing standing between us and the next order of magnitude, and we're going all in on it. This person takes on our hardest scaling and reliability problems and owns them outright and sets the technical direction for how Pallet runs at scale.
It's about as close to a founding infra role as you'll find at a company that’s already past the risky part. High stakes, real ownership, and a straight line from your work to the business.
We move fast, and we'll keep you informed at every stage of the process.
Please note: The interview process may vary or shift depending on the role and circumstances.
The estimated salary range for this role is $200,000 - $265,000, depending on experience and skill set. In addition to base salary, we offer competitive equity, benefits, and opportunities for growth. Final compensation will be determined based on a combination of factors, including experience, qualifications, and location.
