Acceler8 Talent is seeking a hands-on Lead Full-Stack Engineer to steer a growing team building internal dashboards, admin tools, self-serve workflows, and customer-facing applications. You will shape architecture and drive delivery from prototype to production, staying hands-on across UI, APIs, and authentication.

You will hire and mentor a team, own prioritization, guide architecture across React/TypeScript, REST/gRPC, Go/FastAPI, authentication, RBAC, and audit, and partner with research,

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams while remaining hands-on, with readiness to grow a team to around 10.
• Deep full-stack experience shipping and owning production applications end to end.
• Strong coding, architectural judgment, and communication skills.
• Experience building reliable integrations with external systems or customer environments.
• Comfort setting direction and delivering in a zero-to-one environment.
