People In AI is hiring a Member of Technical Staff in San Francisco to build AI-powered features across the stack. You will own both backend orchestration and frontend delivery, shipping AI-first capabilities while scaling platforms for production use.

You’ll collaborate with product, design and ML teams, shaping architectural direction and best practices. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership and delivering high-impact systems end-to-end.

About the Role

As a Member of Technical Staff, you will play a lead role in building the infrastructure and user-facing systems that power intelligent professional tools. From backend orchestration to frontend delivery, you'll help ship AI-first features to production, scale internal platforms, and set technical direction. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the intersection of AI product development and robust software engineering.
