Position Highlights

• Title: Member of Technical Staff

• Expertise in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, OR signal/power integrity engineering, with a willingness to develop cross-disciplinary knowledge

• Proficiency in one or more product lines: copper interconnects, optical interconnects, cables, thermal solutions, OR power products (e.g., power modules, PSUs)

• Skilled in relevant tools, including 3D mechanical CAD, SI s-parameter interpretation software, OR EE schematic design tools

Job Responsibilities

• Own technical engagements with key customers, including product promotion, custom solutions, technology definition, and customer architecture design

• Manage communication between front-end sales and back-end teams

• Define technical requirements for key accounts and target markets

• Collaborate with US and China R&D teams to develop new solutions

• Co-manage and track new business opportunities in alignment with sales goals

• Build and maintain relationships with customers’ technical teams

• Oversee timelines for customer-specific development projects
