Quadrillion is hiring a scrappy, high-ownership growth operator focused on getting enterprise buyers to know, want, and enter our pipeline. You will ideate, test, and implement novel approaches while making client relationships feel exceptional—the essence of our "unreasonable hospitality".

You will shape the experience, strategy, and materials for the client-facing team. We operate without a fixed playbook, aiming to scale demand, elevation of brand, and a superior client experience in a 0→1

Qualifications

Quadrillion is hiring a scrappy, high-ownership growth operator.

Your primary job is simple to state but hard to do: get more enterprise buyers to know us, want us, and enter our pipeline. The best candidates are the ones who can quickly ideate, test, and implement truly novel approaches. You will also be the force behind making our client relationships feel exceptional—a phrase that comes to mind for us is \"unreasonable hospitality\". You will help design the experience, the strategy, and the materials that our client-facing team delivers.

There is no existing playbook for this role, both at Quadrillion and within the broader industry. For many years, we have seen successful B2C startups “growth hack” their way into viral wide-scale distribution. We believe it is not only possible in enterprise to do the same, but that the space is long overdue.

What you'll do

• Elevate brand awareness and reputation. Make sure Quadrillion is a household name in all the right industries and circles. You want enterprises to feel like they are missing out for not already partnering with us.




• Build scalable demand and lead generation. Help us design and scale the systems that capitalize on our brand. Run experiments, plan events, and build content that make enterprise buyers lean in.




• Support client services. Design the moments and rituals that make working with Quadrillion feel unreasonably good. Own the visual design of our most important client artifacts, recognizing the importance of visual and narrative cohesion in support of brand.

Required qualifications

• 2+ years in growth, demand generation, or early-stage marketing at a high-growth startup




• Exceedingly high EQ: you are comfortable living in the razor thin line between what is considered “creative marketing” and “unserious conduct”




• Bold storytelling ability: you pride yourself on being able to see around corners




• Strong yet sensible design skills to cater towards enterprise clients




• Ability to thrive in a 0 → 1 environment and design processes to scale beyond that

We work in-person 5 days a week out of our office in Midtown Manhattan.

Quadrillion Labs builds Qualia, an agentic research intelligence platform that does real computational research — running experiments, analyzing data, and surfacing insight for the people who do this work at the highest level.

We’re a team out of Stanford NLP, HRT, Citadel, Jane Street, Google Research, and Harvard Med, building for an audience that looks a lot like us. We’ve raised ~$18M from Conviction, Audacious, Bloomberg Beta, ex/ante, and angels including Wes McKinney, the creator of pandas. We’re ~10 people in NYC, scaling to ~15 in the coming months.
