Job summary

Wakefern Food Corp. is seeking a Member Marketing Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison for assigned Member groups across banners such as ShopRite and Fairway. You will manage weekly circulars, in-store and digital campaigns, and ad-hoc creative requests to drive traffic, sales, and brand consistency.

This role emphasizes organization, communication, and project management across banner teams, Creative, Merchandising, Advertising, and Sales Planning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years in marketing coordination, account management or advertising (retail preferred).
• Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for assigned Member groups and ensure timely, on-brand marketing deliverables.
• Coordinate weekly/special circular production across banners with Creative, Advertising and Merchandising.
• Brief, route, and deliver multi-channel campaigns (print, digital, social, in-store) with timelines and approvals.
• Own project tracking and cross-functional communication to meet deadlines.
• Proofread deliverables and ensure accuracy of pricing, images, and offers.
• Build strategic partnerships with Member contacts and provide proactive guidance on opportunities.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Sales Planning, Vendor Marketing and Digital teams.
