Job summary
Floridacentral Credit Union is seeking a Universal Banker at the Bradenton Branch to deliver excellent member service, conduct teller transactions, and support sales of credit union products. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and contributing to deposits and loan growth within the region.
The Universal Banker will collaborate with the operations and sales teams, maintain essential controls, and stay informed on current promotions and competitor offerings to benefit members.
Qualifications
- Experience in banking operations and customer service.
- Ability to open new memberships and deposit/loan accounts with compliance checks.
- Familiarity with deposit/loan products and service standards.
Responsibilities
- Open new memberships, deposits and loan accounts and perform background checks per BSA/OFAC.
- Offer bank products/services to meet member needs and grow relationships.
- Process teller transactions and cash vault duties accurately.
- Explain loan options and prepare loan documentation for closing.
- Provide accurate rate information and maintain branch logs and controls.
- Troubleshoot member inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Analyze member financial status to determine suitable loan options.
- Comply with all bank policies, laws and regulations.
