Job summary

FMFCU/SFN is seeking a Branch Associate to support onboarding of new members and maintain ongoing relationships with current members. You will cross-sell credit union products and services to meet financial needs, while gaining referrals and promoting a positive member experience.

Key responsibilities include evaluating member needs, assisting with branch goals, and ensuring accurate processing of member transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College coursework of 2 years preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related financial services experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates needs of new and existing members and offers appropriate financial products.
• Expands member relationships through active selling of products to support branch goals.
• Provides ongoing relationship servicing to maintain goodwill and gain additional business.
