Job summary

BMI Federal Credit Union in Dublin, OH is seeking a Business Development Representative to grow membership and product adoption in local markets. This on-site role requires visiting employers, engaging PEGs, and representing BMI FCU at community events, with a typical 40-hour week and daytime/evening/weekend shifts.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong sales and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience; a viable combination of experience and education will be considered.
• A clean driving record, reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for PEGs through personal visits, telephone calls, and correspondence and keep representatives supplied with the materials they need to inform their employees about the credit union
• Educate prospective and current members about BMI FCU products; cross-sell
• Maintain up-to-date data files and initiatives on all employer and community groups through the CRM system
• Work with PEGs and community groups at orientations, benefit fairs, lunch and learns, and charitable events
• Prepare monthly reports outlining PEG program activities and expenses
• Represent the Credit Union at employer, community and charitable events; assist in planning and implementing appropriate activities
