Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous cash-handling preferred.
• Ability to operate computer, telephone and other office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Arrive each day full of energy and ready to provide unsurpassed customer service to our members while maintaining our tradition of community trust.
• Greet members in person, on the telephone, or by email and develop relationships as you serve their financial needs.
• Process routine financial teller transactions for our new and existing members.
• Utilize product knowledge to cross-sell financial products and services to meet current and future financial needs.
• Open new accounts, process transactions, and cross-sell products and services to meet members' financial needs and increase satisfaction.
• Provide engaging, personal service and be the face of FCCU to current and prospective members.
