Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing, ensuring order accuracy and security.
• Maintains safety of Facility by following safety standards, procedures, including forklift safety, hazardous materials handling, and reporting unsafe conditions to Management.
• Participates in sales and marketing events and makes efforts to meet Membership goals.
• Complies with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity by applying the Open Door Policy in executing business processes.
