Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting the value of Walmart products and services.
• Processes Memberships upgrades and credit accounts and participates in sales events to meet Membership goals.
• Maintains safety and follows all safety standards, forklift and hazardous materials procedures, and ethical guidelines.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
