Qualifications

• Proficiency in ECRS POS system and Office 365 (Excel and Word).
• Serve Safe certification as needed.
• Excellent follow through.

Responsibilities

• Works in assigned department.
• Stocks areas with product, minimizing empty shelf space and shrink.
• Rotates stock to ensure freshness and checks for quality and out-of-date items.
• Recognizes customer needs and responds accordingly.
• Maintains extensive product knowledge.
• Exhibits teamwork and dependability to meet department needs.
• Answers, pages, and transfers phone calls promptly.
• Mentors new staff and retrains as needed.
• Adheres to food safety procedures and Co-op policies.
• Participates in department meetings and required trainings.
