Job summary

Invited in Wake Forest, NC is seeking an Admin/Floor Time to keep the fitness floor clean, safe, and welcoming. You will monitor equipment, ensure sanitation, assist members, and promote a positive gym atmosphere.

You will engage members by name, orient them to equipment, and identify opportunities for personal training. You must have CPR/First Aid and AED cert within 6 months and be a certified group exercise instructor (AFAA, ISSA, NETA or ACE).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year experience in a fitness or recreational setting.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certification within the last 6 months and group exercise instructor certification (AFAA, ISSA, NETA or ACE) are required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members and guests by name to create a personalized experience.
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment and promote club activities.
• Provide Orientations to fitness facilities, demonstrate proper equipment usage, and identify PT opportunities.
• Adhere to cleaning protocols, safety guidelines, and maintain a hygienic fitness environment.
• Inspect equipment regularly and report maintenance needs.
