Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year experience in a financial institution or related field.
• 2 years experience in a financial institution with proven sales and service performance.
• 3 years experience in a financial institution with proven sales and service performance.
• Excellent communication skills; sound judgment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed monthly sales and service goals.
• Open new accounts and loans accurately and completely.
• Adhere to cash, key and dual control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to security and robbery procedures and maintain compliance with internal policies.
