Truliant Federal Credit Union is seeking a Personal Banker in Greensboro, NC to help members navigate financial decisions and build lasting relationships. You will guide members toward appropriate solutions and collaborate with partners to drive branch growth and member satisfaction.

You will balance service, sales, and operational responsibilities while maintaining accuracy in deposits and lending activities and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service-focused environment handling customers.
• Ability to discuss products, identify needs, and recommend solutions.
• Able to support lending and deposits with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with members by identifying financial needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
• Support deposit and lending activities, including account openings and loan applications.
• Collaborate with branch and business partners to connect members with specialized solutions.
