Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of similar or related experience.
• Experience in a sales and/or customer service environment.
• Professional, courteous and tact is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service and cross-sell products.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments and other transactions.
• Assist members and branches with inquiries and policy explanations.
• Maintain accuracy and cash integrity while handling transactions.
