Nusenda Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Financial Consultant at our Vista Hills Branch. You’ll work 37-40 hours per week with Monday–Saturday availability, delivering consultative financial guidance and service to members.

You will educate members on products, assist with accounts and loans, and refer to specialized teams. Strong communication and accuracy are essential in a dynamic credit union environment.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with financial needs using a consultative approach.
• Educate members on value-added products and services.
• Refer members to specialized departments as needed.
• Support Teller line as needed and ensure accurate processing.
