Nusenda Credit Union is hiring a Full‑Time Financial Consultant for the La Orilla Branch. You will serve members through a consultative approach, evaluating financial needs and educating on products and services, including accounts and consumer loans.

Requires 3–5 years of related experience and a High School Diploma or GED. The role involves supporting the Teller line, processing transactions accurately, and referrals to specialized departments, Monday–Saturday, 37–40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with financial needs via consultative approach.
• Educate members on value-added products/services (accounts, consumer loans).
• Refer members to specialized departments as needed.
• Support Teller line when required.
• Handle problem resolution within authority.
• Process transactions accurately per policies and regulations.
