Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• 1 year of cash handling experience required.
• Knowledge of financial products is a plus, willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members and understand their situations.
• Educate members on Blaze offerings.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and payments accurately.
• Stay informed about financial products, services and trends.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure member success.
• Provide excellent service through face-to-face interactions daily.
