Job summary

Blaze Credit Union is hiring a Teller for the Coon Rapids branch. You will engage with members, understand their needs, and explain Blaze products and services to help them reach financial goals.

The role involves processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy. You’ll stay updated on industry trends and participate in Blaze’s growth and training opportunities while delivering excellent in-branch service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
• Minimum of 1 year cash handling experience.
• Previous financial services experience is a plus.
• Interest in learning about financial products and services.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members, listen to their situations and educate them on Blaze options.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments accurately and professionally.
• Grow with Blaze by using tools to stay current on financial trends, products and training opportunities.
• Provide excellent face-to-face service to members daily.
• Work with teammates and managers to support each other and succeed.
