Strong communication and customer service skills required.
Notary – State Certification within 30 days preferred.

Responsibilities

Build trusted member relationships by welcoming members and handling transactions with courtesy and accuracy.
Process deposits, withdrawals, check payments, and account servicing with precision and compliance.
Identify member needs via consultative conversations and submit referrals to support financial wellbeing.
Promote digital tools and CRM usage to help members adopt self-service options.
