1st Community Credit Union is looking for a Call Center Representative I to join our West Salem team. This full-time role involves delivering personalized support to members through phone interactions, handling inquiries, and recommending products while ensuring high standards of service.

Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of financial institution experience, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills. We offer a supportive work environment with a variety of employee benefits including health coverage and 401(k) contributions.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in a financial institution (credit union or bank).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional member service over the phone in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
• Assist members with account questions, transaction requests, and service issues.
• Identify member needs and suggest appropriate credit union products and services.
• Maintain working knowledge of 1st CCU policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
