Job summary

Qualifications

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED.
• Interpersonal skills: diplomacy and tact in communication.
• Must be service oriented and member-focused.
• Detail oriented, organized and resourceful.
• Proficient with MS Office, Internet and Email; tech savvy with keyboard skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assist members professionally.
• Advocate for members in branch and on the phone.
• Build relationships and identify opportunities to assist members.
• Maintain strong member relationships with proactive follow up.
• Assist members with digital technology navigation and adoption.
• Process teller transactions and open/close accounts.
• Assist with lending needs and loan maintenance.
• Follow credit union policies, procedures and regulations.
