Job summary

LOC Credit Union is seeking a friendly Financial Success Specialist at our Farmington branch. This role blends cash handling with member service to help members improve their financial well‑being and build lasting relationships.

You will process transactions, promote banking products, and provide personalized guidance. Notary and Signature Guarantee services are part of the responsibilities; occasional travel between branches and a Saturday per month work requirement apply.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering superior member service.
• Strong transaction accuracy and cash handling.
• Knowledge of financial products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage member requests efficiently and accurately, aligning with their financial goals.
• Use active listening to recommend suitable products and services.
• Resolve issues effectively.
• Possess expertise in complex products including IRAs, business loans, trusts and home equity products.
• Serve as a Notary Public and provide Signature Guarantee Medallion services.
• Work at least one Saturday per month and travel between branches as needed.
