Credit Union of Southern California is seeking a Teller to deliver exceptional member experiences with a focus on courtesy, product knowledge, accuracy, and timeliness across all credit union products and services.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with rotating Saturdays and branch hours. Requirements include 6+ months cash handling and 6+ months customer service experience, plus a High School Diploma or equivalent. The pay range is $17.47–$25.05 per hour with health benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months cash handling experience in Retail/Service.
• 6+ months experience in Member/Customer service.

Responsibilities

• Processes Member transactions accurately, including deposits, transfers, withdrawals, and other transactions.
• Maintains cash within limits and balances cash differences.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services based on Member needs.
• Responds to Member inquiries and educates on alternative service channels.
• Adheres to branch procedures and regulatory requirements.
