Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Up to 6 months of experience in customer-facing or transactional role.
• Experience in cash handling, retail, sales, or other positions with strong interpersonal skills.
• Broad knowledge of credit union functions and member compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, prompt and accurate service in handling member financial and service requests.
• Escort members through delivery channels (home banking, mobile deposit, online applications, ITMs).
• Handle cash accurately and maintain precise transactional records.
• Assist with new member applications and opening account types.
• Educate members about Belco products and services and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Support loan process steps under supervision and maintain sales tracking records.
