Job summary

Summit Credit Union is seeking a friendly, people-first Member Service Teller at our Muskego branch to greet members, handle transactions, and answer questions face-to-face. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate money handling and creating positive experiences every day.

You will connect with members, assist with routine financial tasks, and refer opportunities to teammates for goals like saving, buying a home, or budgeting daily finances.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or sales experience
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Solid judgment for problem-solving within established guidelines
• Attention to detail and comfort with basic math
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
