Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment
• 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Assists management with supervision of associates by assigning duties, communicating goals, training on processes and procedures, and providing direction on member service approaches.
• Oversees area operations including merchandise placement, zone organization, and handling of returns and claims.
• Processes memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts and promotes Club benefits and services.
• Provides member service by assisting with purchases, guiding self-checkout, and supporting curbside or pickup orders.
• Completes daily deposits, cash handling, and maintains confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
• Develops processes to meet business needs and ensures policy compliance and ethical standards.
