Job summary

Walmart in Denham Springs, LA is seeking a motivated front-end supervisor to assist management in leading associates, assigning duties, and coaching on member service approaches. You’ll help recruit, schedule, train, and evaluate staff while upholding company policies and the Open Door policy.

You’ll ensure member service by guiding purchases, operating registers or self-checkout, and supporting merchandise availability.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment and 6 months customer service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assists management with supervision of associates by assigning duties and providing guidance to ensure member satisfaction.
• Communicates and supports membership by informing customers about membership types, programs and benefits.
• Provides and ensures member service by assisting customers with purchases, locating merchandise and operating self-checkout.
• Oversees area by organizing merchandise, handling returns, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety.
