Job summary

Center Parc Credit Union is seeking a friendly Member Service Representative II for our Atlanta contact center. You will assist members with transactions, help with new accounts, and guide them on online banking solutions.

Responsibilities include processing payments, transfers, and inquiries while maintaining security. We require 2+ years in banking or credit union environments and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years transactional work experience in banking, financial services, or a credit union.
• 10-Key calculator, typing, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with banking transactions, account inquiries, and new accounts.
• Open new member accounts and process updates to existing accounts.
• Provide needs-based product and service recommendations to members.
• Balance transactions and handle teller duties as assigned.
