Job summary

Walmart’s Sam's Club in Oakwood Village, OH is seeking a frontline member services associate to maintain the checkout area, assist with purchases, and resolve member issues. You will promote Sam's Club products and services and guide members on self-service technology, ensuring a friendly and efficient shopping experience.

You will also support safety, help with returns and exchanges, locate merchandise, and keep the front end organized.

Qualifications

Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register)
Working with mobile retail applications

Responsibilities

Provides member service, maintains checkout area, resolves member issues and concerns.
Promotes Sam's Club products and services; assists with payments, returns, refunds and exchanges per policies.
Guides members regarding self-service technology and ensures a safe, inviting shopping environment.
Maintains entrance and exit areas; locates merchandise and helps members with purchasing decisions; keeps area organized.
Assists with training of Member Frontline Services associates on processes and tools; delivers new program rollout training.
Ensures area of responsibility is maintained per policies; handles returns, zones area, and reports shrink/damages.
