General Electric Credit Union is seeking an on-site Member Service Representative in Cincinnati to be the first point of contact for members, handling inquiries and transactions with care and efficiency.

You will assist with inbound calls, support online banking, process transactions, and educate members on credit union products while delivering exceptional service. This role emphasizes team collaboration and personal growth within a friendly, employee-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six months of customer service experience.
• Call center experience and financial institution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound member telephone inquiries with first contact resolution.
• Assist with general account questions, online banking, and card inquiries.
• Process transactions including loan payments and internal transfers.
• Educate members on credit union products and services and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams via virtual channels to resolve inquiries.
• Relay member feedback to appropriate channels for evaluation.
