Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking a Member Experience Specialist to be the first friendly face at the front desk. You will greet members, build personal connections, keep the club tidy, and guide customers through memberships, upgrades, and personal training options.

This role rewards energy and communication with a base pay of $15.00 per hour plus commission, with uncapped earning potential and benefits like gym memberships, 401(k), PTO after 30+ hours per week, and clear opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or sales experience.
• Interest in health, wellness, and fitness.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Bilingual or CPR certification a plus.

• COMPENSATION : Base rate of $15.00 per hour + commission with no cap!

• 1+ year of customer service, membership sales preferred
