Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain the checkout area and process member purchases accurately.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services to members.
• Assist with payments, returns, refunds and exchanges per policy.
• Follow safety standards and complete safety checks.
