Job summary

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, customer service experience, and strong interpersonal skills. The role offers starting compensation of $20.00 - $21.00/hr, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member service to all new and existing members.
• Accurately process financial service transactions.
• Detect and report fraud or irregular activities.
• Advocate and build relationships with members.
• Respond to member inquiries related to products/services and lending.
• Resolve member issues in a timely manner.
• Promote awareness of digital channel offerings.
• Participate in cross-selling initiatives and promotions.
• Seek development opportunities for professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
