Job summary

VASA Fitness in Lincoln, Nebraska, is seeking a Member Experience Specialist to greet guests, build personal connections, and keep the club clean and inviting. You will guide members on memberships, upgrades, and personal training options to help them achieve their goals.

You’ll drive sales while creating uplifting experiences, with shifts from early morning to late evening. Base pay is $15/hour plus uncapped commission; top earners exceed $32k annually, with potential to reach $75k+ through

• 1+ year of customer service, membership sales preferred.

• Ability to pass a background check.

HOW WILL YOU CHANGE LIVES?

As the first friendly face at the front desk, the Member Experience Specialist sets the tone for every visit. By greeting members warmly, creating personal connections, and keeping the club clean and organized, you make VASA feel like home. You'll also guide members on their fitness journey by sharing information about memberships, upgrades, and personal training options. Every interaction you have helps members feel valued, motivated, and excited to come back--changing lives one visit at a time.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

• COMPENSATION: Base rate of $15.00 per hour + commission with no cap!
• EARNING POTENTIAL:Top performers can earnover $32,000+ annually through wages and uncapped commission
• SCHEDULE: Opening 3:45am-noon, mid shift 10am-7pm, closing 4pm-12am
