Job summary

VASA Fitness in Colorado is seeking a Member Experience Specialist to greet members at the front desk, guide them on memberships, upgrades, and personal training options, and maintain a clean, welcoming club environment.

You will build personal connections, motivate members, and help guests feel valued. A background in customer service and a passion for health and wellness are preferred, with bilingual skills or CPR as a plus.

• Comfortable multi-tasking and working independently.
• 1+ year of customer service, membership sales preferred.
• Interest in health, wellness, and fitness.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Bilingual skills or CPR certification are a plus.

By greeting members warmly, creating personal connections, and keeping the club clean and organized, you make VASA feel like home. You'll also guide members on their fitness journey by sharing information about memberships, upgrades, and personal training options. Every interaction you have helps members feel valued, motivated, and excited to come back—changing lives one visit at a time.

• COMPENSATION : Base rate of $15.16 per hour + commission with no cap!
